Once we sign the sales contract, we will supply customer goods subject to the contractual requirements in accordance with quality, quantity, and delivery schedule. |

Upon the delivery of products, our company will do well in after-sales service according to customers’ requirements. If the customer has special requirements, our company will try our best to satisfy you. |

When the contract of A CLASS pipeline using products brought forth by customer, we will strictly test products according to A CLASS standard of pipeline. And customer charges the relevant fee of NDT and Filming. |

In order to further enhance and improve products’ quality to satisfy customers, our company will do well in products’ after-sales and tracking service, and we will organize timely interviews with customers after products’ delivery, collect and analyze customers’ suggestions. |

After delivery of our company's products, quality guarantee period for 18 months (Upon product delivery date). In the quality guarantee period, responsibilities belong to our company (Three guarantees for products). The problem of product quality results from external factors; our company will be responsible for maintenance, and only collect cost price. |

Upon more than 18 months of products quality problem, we will try to repair according to customers’ requirements, or that can not be repaired will be provided the same as specifications of products to replace, and its expenses will be undertaken by the customer. |

The quality problems caused in the process of products delivery that belongs to the transportation departments (railway, highway, etc), our company has responsibility and obligation to assist customers to carry on the track and query. |

The customer has received after product shipment to the contractual destination, we agree to replace product (but in 18 months), which dues to the products needed to be changed caused by the engineering design.And customer should change the cost of product. |

Customer's technical problem and quality objection will be replied or witnessed within 6 ~ 12 hours (Shanghai) and 24-48 hours (Nonlocal). |
